Store Policy



• Make sure of the full name of the city, neighborhood and mobile number because it will be approved in sending the request.

• If the order is shipped, our responsibility ends. And the customer must follow up his request with the shipping company.. and if you received the request and the shipping company tried to communicate with you and there is no response, this is considered negligence borne by the customer and we have no responsibility in that

• In the event that the order arrives less than what was requested, the store bears the responsibility.

• The request is not approved until the full amount has been transferred (product cost + shipping cost).

We do not have a product or refund service, nor an order cancellation service
